I found this personality test on-line. It's pretty cool. It's a 70+ question test that evaluates your talents and skills as well as you preferences and creates a "career profile." It costs around $25. The report you receive is pretty detailed and interesting to read. Who knows — ditch digging may be your true calling! I've found a company that can give you a detailed report of what your past employers and other references are saying about you. Allison & Taylor, Inc. is the name of the company.
