About Me
My name is Lynne Martin and I'm a Web Designer working in the Philadelphia area. I grew up in a town called Somersworth, New Hampshire (about an hour and a quarter north of Boston) and moved to the Philadelphia are to go to art school. After graduation I lived in Kentucky for a couple of years (don't ask) and then returned to Philly and decided to make it my home.
My best friends in life are Nancy and Zane Gordy. Nan and I were roomies in college and have been inseparable ever since. I consider her and Zane to be family. They live in Delaware and have two sons, Zane and Levi. My mother and step father also live nearby in West Mount Airy, and my brother Paul recently moved to Swarthmore and is less than 10 minutes away.
I am currently working at IBM as a Usability Architect at the Princeton Labs facility. My responsibilities include interaction design and usability and accessibility planning and testing.
I live in a townhouse in Ridley Park, PA near a nice little park with a lake. I love my house and feel happiest when I am home alone either working on the Web, listening to music, or reading. My cat keeps me in good spirits and is good for at least one belly laugh a day.
